My massage practice encompasses the body, mind, spirit connection. Massage relaxes your body, eases your mind and helps you connect with your true self (spirit)…

My massage style is an integration of many modalities of body work, including Swedish, Shiatsu, Trager, Trigger point therapy, Neuromuscular therapy, Myofacial Release, Reflexology and Joint manipulation (stretching).

My intention is to cater the massage to the client's needs and wants. I believe the human body has the innate ability to heal itself and if we listen closely we will intuitively know what it needs.

I chose to be a massage therapist because you can truly affect people on every level; physically, emotionally, and psychologically. To me giving and receiving massage is a natural high. It is a feeling that everyone should be able to experience. Being a massage therapist is one of the most rewarding jobs I have had. I feel truly blessed to have been given the talent and intuition. It is the best feeling in the world to know that you improved someone's life for a short time and possibly a life time.

When I am not massaging I enjoy taking walks, decorating, gardening, reading, taking classes, cooking for friends and family and listening to music. My favorite thing  is spending time with the loves of my life, my son, daughter, and husband.
